1 cup frozen strawberries or any fruits..I used here half cup frozen and half cup fresh strawberries.
3/4 cup plain yogurt or fruit yougurt
1/4 cup milk
2 scoop vanilla ice cream optional
1 tbs chia seeds optional
1 tbs sunflower seeds optional
Method: Take everything in mixie and blend to a smooth paste. Smoothies are generally thick but if you dont like thick consistency use milk and yogurt 1/2 cup each.
Serve immediately garnished with grated fruit
