Eggless Banana Chocolate loaf



4 medium sized over ripe bananas mashed
11/2 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk/buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp mixed spice
1 tsp vanilla essence 
1 pinch salt
3/4 cup chopped chocolate
1/4 cup chocochips
1/3 cup olive oil
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a loaf tin. Sift flour into a large bowl. Add brown sugar, mixed spice, salt and bicarbonate of soda. Make a well in the centre.
Put  milk/buttermilk and olive oil and vanilla essence in a large bowl and whisk until well combined. Stir through banana and chocolate.
Pour the banana mixture into the centre of the flour mixture, folding gently until just combined. Spoon the mixture into the prepared loaf tin. 
Sprinkle chocochip on top.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Remove from oven and set aside to cool for 5 minutes 

before turning onto a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
