Chili Parotta

when you have leftover rotis what do you do??!
This is how I use it..to turn them into spicy yummy chilli parotta. A famous south Indian street food..believe me guys it's totally yum food for ppl who like spice.


Ingredients:
2 rotis/parathas chopped
1tbs oil
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
2 green chillies
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1 tsp corn flour dissolved in 1/4 cup of water
salt as per taste.
1 tbs  soy sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
coriender leaves
Method:
heat oil and cook onion till light brown. Add capsicum,  chopped green chillies and stir fry for 2-3 mins.

 
add chopped tomatoes and cook until tender. add corn flour water, soy sauce, chili sauce and salt.. mix well and cook for 2 mins. add chopped roti and mix well.


 cook for a minute and switch off the gas, garnish with coriender leaves.
serve hot.
