Cupcakes
3/4 cups plain flour
1/4 cups cocoa powder
1/2 cups caster sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda

Ganache:
50 gm. Butter chopped'

Method:
Preheat oven to 160C. Prepare 12 hole muffin tray.
Sift all dry ingredients flour, baking powder and cocoa into a mixing bowl. Add sugar.
Melt butter and cool down, add milk and eggs, mix well.
Make a small well in the middle of the flour mixture and then add wet ingredients.
Beat on low speed with electric mixer or by hand mixer for 2-3 minutes until well combined and mixture very smooth.
scoop tablespoons of the mixture into 12 hole muffin tray until holes are half full.
Place tray into oven for 15-18 minutes, check if done by inserting a skewer. if comes out clean then done. remove and turn out onto wire rack to cool.
In the mean time melt chocolate and butter on 1 minute in microwave and keep stirring until smooth. leave to cool on room temperature until spread consistency.
